Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company has been notified that on 27 September 2017 Mark Bentley, Group Finance Director, sold and then re-purchased 110,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), in order to transfer the Ordinary Shares to Mr Bentley's SIPP. The sale price was 127.50 pence per share and the purchase price was 127.53 pence per share.
The sale and purchase has no effect on the total number of Ordinary Shares held by Mr Bentley and, following this transaction, Mr Bentley remains beneficially and non-beneficially interested in 442,518 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.4 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
The Company has also received notification that on 27 September 2017, Jane Shirley, a director of Cello Health, exercised share options over 20,000 Ordinary Shares for an exercise price of 10 pence per share, and subsequently sold the 20,000 Ordinary Shares for a price of 127 pence per share. In addition, on 26 September 2017, Alistair Shirley, a person closely associated with Jane Shirley, sold 421 Ordinary Shares at a price of 129 pence per share.
Following the above transactions, Jane Shirley and her persons closely associated hold 78,000 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
