Director's share dealings

The Company was today notified of the following share dealings by a director of the Company.

Mark Bentley, Finance Director of the Company, transferred 15,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his self invested personal pension (SIPP) at a price of 108.5 pence per Ordinary Share. Following this transfer, Mr Bentley remains beneficially interested in 15,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.03 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
