The Company has been notified that, on 26 October 2017, Alistair Shirley, a person closely associated with Jane Shirley, CEO of Cello Health Europe and Cello Health Insight, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company, at a price of approximately 133 pence per share.
Following the above transaction, Jane Shirley and her persons closely associated hold 80,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.1% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
