Paul Walton appointed to Board
Cello Group plc, (AIM: CLL, 'Cello', or 'the Group'), the leading independent market research and consulting group, has appointed Paul Walton as an executive director with immediate effect. His primary focus will be positioning and promoting Cello brands with global clients and driving group new client business. Paul is Chairman of The Value Engineers, a Cello business.

Mr Walton has confirmed that there are no other disclosures required in accordance with Schedule Two para (g) of the AIM Rules in relation to his appointment to the board of Cello.
Mr Walton holds 1,869,180 ordinary Cello shares of 10 pence each, representing approximately 3.04 per cent of the Company's voting rights.
