Cello Group plc26 July 2006 Cello Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 48,218 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIMmarket for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to deferred vendorconsideration in respect of Leapfrog Research and Planning Limited which wasacquired by the Company on 30 June 2005. Admission is expected to becomeeffective on 1 August 2006.
