Cello Group plc30 July 2007 Cello Group plc ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made for 145,255 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange's AIMmarket for listed securities ("Admission"). The new Ordinary Shares are being issued pursuant to deferred vendorconsideration in respect of Farm Communications Limited, as announced on 26 June2006. Admission is expected to become effective on 3 August 2007. Following Admission, the total enlarged issued share capital of the company willbe 36,582,174.
