Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities

The Company would like to advise that, on 18 September 2012, Andrew Davison was notified that 9,022 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") were transferred to him through a grant of probate. Following this transfer, Mr Davison has a beneficial interest in 113,522 Ordinary Shares representing 0.42% of the Company's issued share capital.

This announcement is made in accordance with the requirements of DTR 3.1.4.
