CLS Holdings plc Long Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP")
CLS Holdings plc announces that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the Company, and Andrew Kirkman, Chief Financial Officer and Director of the Company, have been awarded nil cost options over a number of ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") as set out below (the "Awards") on 13 March 2023.

The Awards will vest on the third anniversary of the date of grant, subject to the achievement of performance targets measured over a three-year period as set out in the Company's 2020 Remuneration Policy. Vested Awards will be subject to an additional two-year holding period.
The notification is made in accordance with the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
