Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility or Connected Person

The Company announces that it was notified on;

1. 29 September 2015 that John Whiteley, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 161 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 1,852 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 September 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Whiteley's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 14,000 Ordinary Shares (0.03%), and

2. 30 September 2015 that Fredrik Widlund, Chief Executive Officer of the Company, purchased 330 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 1,874 pence per share on 24 September 2015.

Following this transaction, Mr Widlund's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 16,589 Ordinary Shares (0.04%).
