CLS Holdings plc ("CLS" or "the Company") Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") or Connected Person
The Company has been notified that on 23 January 2009 the Mortstedt family trust established by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Chairman of the Company , bought 29,750 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 295.5954 pence per share. Therefore the Mortstedt family trust's interest in the Ordinary Shares of the Company following this transaction is 24,089,902 shares (50.16%).
