Notifications of transactions by Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR"s)
The Company announces that pursuant to the Company's Tender Offer, as described in the Circular to shareholders dated 26 August 2016, which completed on 22 September 2016, the PDMRs of the Company below have notified the Company of the sale by Tender of those number of ordinary shares of 25 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at 1,750 pence per share, and are now interested in the number of Ordinary Shares as set out against their name:
