Notification of Transaction of Directors, Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMR") or Connected Person

The Company announces that a company held and beneficially owned by Sten Mortstedt, Executive Director of the Company notified the Company on:

1. 27 June 2016 that they purchased 5,736 ordinary shares of 25 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 1,302.09 pence per Ordinary Share, with the lowest price being 1,295 pence per Ordinary Share, and the highest price paid being 1,310 pence per Ordinary Share on 27 June 2016; and

2. 28 June 2016 that they purchased 4,264 Ordinary Shares at an average price of 1,275.77 pence per Ordinary Share, with the lowest price being 1,245 pence per Ordinary Share and the highest price paid being 1,287 pence per Ordinary Share on 28 June 2016.

Following this transaction, Mr Mortstedt's interest in the number of Ordinary Shares is 20,993,718 Ordinary Shares (51.02%).
