Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 8 November 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 20,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3332.1 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 53,666,438 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
