Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") announces that on 28 June 2024 it purchased from Winterflood Securities Limited 43,000 of its own ordinary shares of 5 pence each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3461.65 pence per share. The purchased shares will be cancelled.
Following the above purchase of shares, Caledonia's issued share capital includes 54,280,443 Ordinary Shares with voting rights.
