Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transactions which took place on 29 November 2017 in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving persons closely associated with two of its directors, William Wyatt and The Hon Charles Cayzer.
The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company, a private company controlled by Mr Wyatt and persons connected with him, purchased 29,300 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.05% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital.
Family trusts, of which Mr Wyatt is a Trustee, purchased 6,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.01% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital.
A family trust, of which both Mr Wyatt and the Hon Charles Cayzer are Trustees and of which Mr Wyatt is a potential beneficiary, purchased 1,000 shares in Caledonia, representing 0.002% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital.
All of the shares were purchased from a close family relative of Mr Wyatt at a price of 2720p. The transactions were conducted off-market and in London.
Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 1,140,785* shares = 2.06%
Non-beneficial - 34,418 shares = 0.06%
Performance share scheme awards - 125,128 = 0.23%
Deferred bonus plan awards - 29,816 = 0.05%
* includes 1,001,366 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
The Hon Charles Cayzer's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows:-
Beneficial - 40,092 shares = 0.07%
Non-beneficial - 13,500 shares = 0.02%
