Director/PDMR Shareholding Notification

Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") has been notified pursuant to the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation of the following transaction which took place on 14 February 2018 in its ordinary shares of 5p each involving a person closely associated with one of its directors, William Wyatt.

A family trust, of which Mr Wyatt is a trustee, purchased 1,620 shares, representing 0.003% of Caledonia's total issued ordinary share capital, on behalf of one of Mr Wyatt's minor nieces, thereby increasing Mr Wyatt's non-beneficial interests in the Company. The shares were acquired from another member of the Cayzer Family concert party and the transaction was conducted off-market and in London.

Mr Wyatt's total interests in Caledonia's ordinary shares following the above transactions are as follows: -

Beneficial - 1,140,785* shares = 2.06%

Non-beneficial - 68,038 shares = 0.12%

Performance share scheme awards - 111,329 = 0.20%

Deferred bonus plan awards - 29,816 = 0.05%

* includes 1,001,366 shares owned by The Dunchurch Lodge Stud Company.
