Robert Woods to retire from the Board
The Board of Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia" or the "Company") announces that Robert Woods, who has served as a non-executive director since 1 November 2011, will retire from the Board with effect from 31 March 2016, the end of the Company's current financial year.
Rod Kent, Chairman of Caledonia, commented:
"With his wide experience and knowledge of industry and far eastern markets, Robert's contribution to the Board has been invaluable in helping the Company's transition from a diverse legacy portfolio to its current strategy of focussed investment in specific business sectors and regions."

In accordance with section 430 (2B) of the Companies Act 2006, Caledonia confirms that, other than fees payable to him as a non-executive director up to the date of his retirement, which will be disclosed in the Company's directors' remuneration report for the financial year ending 31 March 2016, no remuneration or payment has been or will be made in connection with Robert Woods ceasing to be a director of the Company.
