Change of Company Secretary
Caledonia Investments plc ("Caledonia") is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Webster as Company Secretary with effect from 1 January 2020.
Mr Webster succeeds Graeme Denison who retires at the end of the year following thirty years of service at Caledonia.
