Transaction in Own Shares
Celebrus Technologies plc (AIM: CLBS, the "Company") announces that on 22 June 2026 it purchased 80,000 ordinary shares of 2 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") in the market at a volume weighted average price of 78.90 pence per Ordinary Share through Cavendish Capital Markets Limited ("Cavendish"). The Ordinary Shares acquired will be held in treasury.

This figure of 37,915,306 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
