Clarkson PLC10 October 2006 CLARKSON PLC 10 October 2006 Board Appointment The Board of Clarkson PLC ("Clarksons"), the shipping services group, announcesthat Mr. Jeff Woyda will join Clarksons as an Executive Director on 1 November2006. Jeff will work with Mr. Rob Ward, the current Finance Director until Rob'sretirement on 31 December 2006 and will assume the responsibilities of FinanceDirector thereafter. Jeff Woyda joins Clarksons from Immersive Education Limited where he iscurrently Chief Operating Officer. He was previously Finance Director and ChiefOperating Officer of Membertrack Limited, and Chief Operating Officer of the GNIGroup - a division of the Gerrard Group PLC. He qualified as a CharteredAccountant with KPMG. Tim Harris, Chairman, said: "Jeff joins a board overseeing a company, which is rapidly evolving into a morebroadly based shipping service provider.
