Cape PLC ("Cape" or the "Company")
The Company was informed on 20 October 2008 that on that day, Martin May, Chief Executive Officer of Cape, purchased 50,000 ordinary 25 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 82.64 pence. Following this transaction Martin May has a beneficial interest in 500,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.435 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
