Directors Shareholdings
The Company was informed on 23 September 2008 that on that day, Martin May, Chief Executive Officer of Cape, purchased 20,000 ordinary 25 pence shares ("Ordinary Shares") of the Company at a price of 225 pence. Following this transaction Martin May has a beneficial interest in 450,000 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.390 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
On the same date, Richard Bingham, Chief Financial Officer of the Company, purchased 4,400 Ordinary Shares of the Company at a price of 225 pence and following this transaction he has a beneficial interest in 4,400 Ordinary Shares which represents approximately 0.003 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
