Director/ PDMR Shareholding

The Company was informed on 15 April 2010 of the following purchase by a Director of the Company's ordinary shares of 25 pence ("Ordinary Shares"):

Richard Bingham, Chief Financial Officer, purchased 10,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 227 pence per share on 15 April 2010, following which he has a beneficial interest in 36,500 Ordinary Shares representing 0.031 per cent of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.
