Issue of Ordinary shares to Director

Cape announces that on 25 May 2013, Tim Eggar, Non-Executive Chairman, wasallotted 3,323 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 282.131 pence per share, representing 0.003% per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.

The shares allotted to Tim Eggar were pursuant to his standing instructions to receive shares as part satisfaction of his annual director's fees.

Following this transaction Tim Eggar has a beneficial interest in 66,807 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.055 per cent. of the issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company.

Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for 3,323 Ordinary Shares to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.
