Cape PLC10 July 2006 10 July 2006 Cape PLC ("Cape" or the "Company") Directors' Shareholdings Cape PLC (AIM:CIU) announces that, on 7 July 2006 it granted a total of1,125,000 options ('Options') over ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital ofthe Company ('Ordinary Shares') to its senior executives and two Directors, MrMartin K May and Mr Michael T Reynolds. Mr May and Mr Reynolds were granted, for nil consideration, Options over 400,000and 150,000 Ordinary Shares respectively at an exercise price of 176p perOrdinary Share under the Company's Share Option Plan. These Options areexercisable from 7 July 2009 to 7 July 2016.
