Application for Block Admission

The Company announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for a block listing of 2,500,000 Ordinary shares of 25p each in the Company ("Blocklisting Shares") to trade on the London Stock Exchange and to be admitted to the Official List upon issuance.

All of the Blocklisting Shares will be allotted in accordance with the rules of the Company's Performance Share Plan. These shares will be issued fully paid and will rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued Ordinary shares of the Company.
