Placing Update - Exercise of Broker's Option

Circle announces that, in connection with the Placing and Subscription announced on 20 December 2013, Numis Securities Limited ("Numis") has exercised all of the Option granted by the Company in respect of a total of 5,000,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company (the "Option Shares"), with all allocations being met in full.

The Option Shares have been conditionally placed at a price of 50p per Option Share (being equal to the Placing Price). All of the proceeds of £2.5 million arising from the issue of the Option Shares will, after deduction of commissions and expenses, be received by the Company.

The Option Shares to be issued pursuant to the exercise of the Option will be issued on the same terms and conditions as other Ordinary Shares issued pursuant to the Placing and Subscription.
