Issue of Shares to Non-Executive Directors
Circle Holdings plc (LSE: CIRC), the employee co-owned hospital group, announces that on 12 June 2013 it issued, at nominal value, an aggregate of 78,465 ordinary shares of £0.02 each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to the following Non-Executive Directors pursuant to conditional share awards originally granted on 18 June 2012 (the "Share Awards").
The Ordinary Shares were issued as follows:

The Ordinary Shares issued to these directors cannot be sold or transferred until one year following the end of the Non-Executive Director's term of service.
Application has been made for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to AIM ("Admission"), and it is expected that Admission will occur on 18 June 2013.
Following the issue of shares on 12 June 2013, the named Non-Executive Directors total shareholdings in the ordinary share capital of the Company is as follows:
