Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company") (LSE: CIR) announces that, Jonathan Emms, Chief Operating Officer, has transferred a holding of 600,000 Ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company between nominee accounts for nil consideration. Following the transfer, the aggregate shareholding of Jonathan Emms remains unchanged.
