Circassia Group plc today announces that an application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for a block admission of 823,467 ordinary shares of 0.08 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to trading on AIM.

These Ordinary Shares are being reserved under a block admission and will be issued, as and when required, pursuant to the issue of shares to employees under the 2020 Deferred Share Bonus Plan.

It is expected that admission will become effective on 28 March 2022. When issued, the Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.
