Change of Name Effective
Oxford, UK - 1 May 2020: Circassia Group plc ("Circassia" or "the Company"; LSE: CIR), a specialty biopharmaceutical company focused on respiratory disease, today confirms that, further to the announcement of 30 April 2020, its change of name has taken effect. The Company's TIDM remains CIR and the Company's website address continues to be www.circassia.com.
