RE-ADMISSION OF SHARES
Further to the announcement on 28 February 2018 regarding the completion of the acquisition of Regal Entertainment Group, the Board of Cineworld Group plc (the "Company") confirms that the Company's ordinary shares were re-admitted to the premium listing segment of the Official List and to trading on London Stock Exchange plc's main market for listed securities this morning, 1 March 2018, at 8.00am.
