Result of General Meeting
Following the announcement made by COLG on 8 April 2020 regarding the buyback and cancellation of deferred shares, COLG announces that the resolution was passed at the Company's General Meeting held earlier today.
The buyback and cancellation of the deferred shares will now proceed and be effected by way of an off-market buyback agreement to be entered between the Company and an appointed representative of the holders of the deferred shares.
