COLG Moves to Secure Public Relations Business previously sold to
Lothbury Financial Limited
Following the Appointment of an Administrator to Lothbury Financial Limited (Lothbury), on 29 March 2010; COLG, via its currently dormant subsidiary COLG Public Relations Limited, has made an offer which has been accepted to acquire the Business, Assets and undertakings of Lothbury for £91,000.
It is the groups' intention to put this business into a management joint venture arrangement with Hansard Communications Limited another well known Public Relations company.
