Novation of Investment Management Agreement

The Board of Directors of Carador Income Fund plc (the "Company") have agreed to the novation of the Investment Management Agreement from GSO Capital Partners International LLP ("GSO CPI"), a limited liability partnership registered in England and Wales, to Blackstone / GSO Debt Funds Management LLC ("Blackstone / GSO DFM"), a limited liability corporation organized in the state of Delaware, U.S.A. The change will be effective from 14 July 2013. GSO CPI will be retained by Blackstone / GSO DFM to provide investment advice to it in respect of the Company and so will continue to have a role in the Company. Both GSO CPI and Blackstone / GSO DFM are in the same group of companies.
The change in investment manager will not result in a change in the investment process applied to the Company and the Company will continue to benefit from the support provided by GSO CPI, acting in its capacity as investment adviser to the investment manager.
