CONYGAR ZDP PLC (THE "ISSUER")

ZDP Share Acquisition programme 

The Conygar Investment Company PLC announces the commencement of a share acquisition programme (the "Programme") of the zero dividend preference shares ("ZDP Shares") in the capital of the Issuer currently admitted to the Official List of the International Stock Exchange.

The Company has appointed Panmure Liberum Limited as its broker and Liberum Wealth Limited as its agent to purchase ZDP Shares, up to a maximum aggregate consideration of £2,500,000. ZDP Shares will be acquired at a share price up to the Accrued Capital Entitlement of each ZDP Share on the date of the transaction.

The Programme will be funded by the Company's cash reserves. It is anticipated that any ZDP Shares purchased within the Programme will remain held by the Company until the ZDP Repayment Date.

Any purchase of the ZDP Shares contemplated by this announcement will be carried out outside of a regulated market or multilateral trading facility.

The Company has authorised the Programme to commence from today and continue until 3 March 2026.

Details of purchases of any ZDP Shares made by the Company will be notified to a Regulatory Information Service by the Company following any acquisition as required by the Market Abuse Regulation.
