Acquisition of Shares by Directors
The Conygar Investment Company PLC (the "Company") advises that it received notification on 4 January 2012 that on that date the Executive Directors purchased ordinary 5 pence shares in the Company ("Shares") at a price of 96 pence per share. The number of shares acquired by each Executive Director, along with their holdings in the Company following these transactions and the percentages of the Company's total voting rights their holdings represent, is shown in the table below:
