("The Company")

The Company has received notification that the Chairman of the Company, Lord Bell, and the Deputy Chairman, Piers Pottinger, have disposed of their entire holdings in the Company.

Lord Bell has today sold 726,797 shares at 147 pence per share.

Piers Pottinger has today sold 164,289 shares at 147 pence per share.

Following the disposal the respective holdings of Lord Bell and Piers Pottinger in the shares of the Company are nil.
