Chime Communications plc announces the publication of the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for 2014 and Notice of Annual General Meeting which will be held at 2pm, on Thursday, 14th May 2015, at Southside, 105 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QT.
In accordance with the UKLA Listing Rules requirements a copy of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: www.Hemscott.com/nsm.do
