Notification of Holdings
Chime Communications plc has been notified that on 26th March 2015, the direct interest of WPP has increased to 20.13% of the issued share capital and voting rights of the Company. The number of voting rights held by WPP is 20,158,421.
This notification has been triggered by the holding of WPP increasing to above the 20% threshold.
WPP's holding in Chime is held in WPP Beans Ltd.
Chime confirms the total issued share capital as at this date is 100,161,417 ordinary shares of 25 pence each.
