Chime Communications PLC18 October 2006 Block Listing Chime Communications ("the Company") Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London StockExchange for a Block Listing of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. Theseshares may be required to meet obligations under the Chime Communications PLCSavings Related Share Option Scheme and the Chime Communications PLC ExecutiveShare Option Scheme. 1,500,000 ordinary shares of 5p each have been allocated tothe Executive Share Option Scheme and 1,500,000 allocated to the Savings RelatedShare Option Scheme. The admission is expected to become effective on Thursday19 October 2006. The shares will rank pari passu with the existing issuedordinary shares.
