The Company received notification on the 25th March 2010 that Lord Bell, Chairman of the Company, transferred ordinary shares of 25 pence each of the Company ("Shares") from a trust in which he holds a non-beneficial interest into his own name on the 24th March 2010.
169,900 Shares were transferred for no consideration from a trust in which Lord Bell held a non-beneficial interest into his own name.
The beneficial interest of Lord Bell following this transaction is therefore increased by 169,900 Shares, although the total number of Shares in which Lord Bell holds a notifiable interest is unchanged at 589,082 Shares including 42,900 Shares held in an employee trust, representing 0.8% of the total issued Share capital of the Company.
