Chime Communications PLC29 August 2006 Chime Communications PLC ("the Company") Additional Listing Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the LondonStock Exchange plc for 1,178 ordinary shares of 5p each ("Shares") to beadmitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to trading on the London StockExchange. The Shares will be issued pursuant to the exercise of share optionsunder the Chime Communications PLC Savings Share Option Scheme, as follows: options over 59 shares in the Company were exercised at a price of 33.5 penceper share; and options over 1,119 shares in the Company were exercised at aprice of 23.5 pence per share. The Shares will be admitted on 30 August 2006 and dealings are expected tocommence on 31 August. The Shares will rank pari passu with the existing issuedordinary shares.
