Cohort, the AIM listed independent technology group notifies the market that Andrew Thomis, a person discharging managerial responsibility (PDMR) today transferred 4,649 certificated shares to his Interactive Investor account.
Following the above transaction, Andrew Thomis' beneficial interest in shares of the Company remains unchanged at 212,561 representing 0.52% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
