UPDATE ON ANNULMENT APPLICATION
Further to the announcement of 19 April 2017, the Directors of Churchill Mining plc (AIM: CHL) ("the Company") advise that the ICSID Secretary-General has written to the Company advising that an ad hoc Committee comprising Judge Dominique Hascher (France), Professor Karl-Heinz Böckstiegel (Germany), and Professor Jean Kalicki (United States of America) - with Judge Dominique Hascher serving as President, has been constituted to hear the Company's Application for Annulment and that as of 15 May 2017 the annulment proceedings are deemed to have begun.
