Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that 10,211 1p ordinary shares in the capital of the Company have today been sold on behalf of Sarah Ellard, a director of the Company, in order to satisfy the tax and national insurance liability arising on the vesting of Mrs Ellard's deferred award over 21,660 1p ordinary shares on 27 January 2018 (also announced today).
