PDMR share dealing
Chemring Group PLC ("Chemring" or "the Company") announces that today the wife of Andrew Lewis, a director of the Company, sold 16,700 ordinary 1p shares in the Company, following which Mr Lewis and his wife purchased 11,900 and 4,800 ordinary shares in the Company respectively through Individual Savings Accounts. There are no changes to the interests of Mr Lewis in the Company's shares following these transactions.
