In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, Chemring Group PLC (the "Company") announces that Alpna Amar, a director of the Company, will take up an appointment as an executive director of Senior plc in April 2025 and will become Group Chief Financial Officer of Senior plc in May 2025.
