Hot Tuna (International) plc09 November 2007 Press Release 09 November 2007 Hot Tuna (International) PLC ("Hot Tuna" or "the Group") Directorate Change Hot Tuna (International) PLC (AIM: HTT), a lifestyle apparel brand withauthentic surf heritage, announces that Elle Macpherson has come off the Boardas Executive Director because of increasing time pressure from her otherprojects. Hot Tuna will commence discussions with Elle Macpherson with regardsto a separate role as a consultant to the design team lead by Chief Executiveofficer Niels Juul, who joined the Company in June 2007. Hot Tuna's London based design team has now been relocated to Los Angeles andsuccessfully integrated with the Group's Californian design team. Thisstrategic move has been implemented with the intention of generating a globalteam of young designers who will lead Hot Tuna into the exciting next phase ofthe brand's development. In addition, Ranjit Murugason will step down from his Executive Chairmanposition, reverting to a non executive role as a result of his increasing timecommitment to another fledging business venture.
