Conclusion of Buyback Programme

Castings Plc ("Castings" or the "Company") announces that on 27 July 2023, it concluded the share buyback programme announced on 13 July 2023. In aggregate, during the course of the buyback programme the Company repurchased 100,000 ordinary shares at a VWAP of 392.51 pence per share.

Castings' issued share capital comprises 43,632,068 ordinary shares, of which 174,000 ordinary shares are held in treasury. The Company now has a total of 43,458,068 ordinary shares in issue with voting rights. This figure should be used by shareholders as the denominator when determining whether they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
